Orient Components was started with 300Sqft of shop floor. Today, We have expanded to 8000sqft with specific areas for each process in the factory.
Capable of producing components from 12.7 mm dia up to 500 mm dia, and lengths of 2.5 mts to 1 mts.
Orient Components is currently equipped with the following major machinery. We update with new machines every year to maintain accuracy and quality as well as to increase our production capacity.
ORIENT has in house facility to do stelite welding using PTAW and TIG process. Our welders are qualified to meet with ASME standards.
Other special processes such as Hard Chrome plating, Electro nickel plating, Cadmium plating, Dry lube coating, Zinc nitrating and Heat treatment are all outsourced to customer approved sources.
